Ken Caryl Painting Inc. is focused on making the painting project you are about to embark on as pleasant as possible. Many people do not like working with
contractors and have bad experiences, we are striving to change that.
We have a training program that our company has built from the ground up to make sure that PDCA standards are followed, and that every one of our employees
is turning out quality work. We want to make sure that each employee has the training and experience needed when working on your home.
Ken Caryl Painting takes pride in the fact that you will not have to worry about drug or alcohol use by our employees. We drug screen and background
check all our employees to make sure that anyone coming to your house is someone you and your family will feel comfortable around.
Once our employees are on your project, we want to make sure that your daily life is affected as little as possible. The crew will clean up as much
as possible at the end of each day so you still have your home in a liveable manner. They will also not play loud music, smoke in your house, use
foul language, or leave your house or bathrooms dirty. With each crew having a working crew leader and project manager stopping in during your
project, we can insure our promise.
We also carry Workmen's Compensation and Liability insurance. This protects you as a homeowner from any liability if an injury happens while we are
working on your property. Companies that do not carry insurance risk the possibility of putting you into a legal fiasco if one of their employees
is injured. The work can personally sue you for any medical expenses and injuries sustained.
We want you to feel safe knowing that we will take care of an injury if it occurs and with multiple crews, we can send out a replacement painter to
make sure your project is completed. Many smaller companies only have one crew, so if something happens, your project may be severely delayed or not
completed at all.
