What type of paint do you use?
We generally use Sherwin Williams products. For exteriors our standard is Sherwin Williams, Super Paint. For Interiors our standard is Sherwin Williams Pro green for walls and Sherwin Williams Pro Classic for trim.
How do I get my free color consultation?
After we complete the estimate for your painting project, if you choose Ken Caryl Painting for the work we will send you a welcome packet that has information on your color consultation.
Where is your company based out of?
Ken Caryl Painting is a locally owned and operated painting company. We originated from the Ken Caryl Ranch area, and now have an office and warehouse in the South Park business district. Close to Broadway and Mineral.
How long have you been in business?
We were established in 1994, so we are now entering our 14th year.
What kinds of warranties are offered.
We have workmanship warranties as follows:
- Exterior vertical surfaces - 3 years.
- Interior vertical surfaces - 1 year.
- Horizontal surfacs - 1 year.

What services do you have?
Along with painting, our company can also take care of a variety of drywall and carpentry needs. We also provide services including staining, lacquering, epoxy floors, and a variety of other coatings. Please call use to see if we can help you with your project!
Can I receive an estimate over the phone?
We have a pricing guarantee on all our projects so we like to send an estimator to take a look at each individual project to do a walk through with you and make sure that all your work is addressed in our estimate.
What is your service area?
As a general standard we service north to 120th Ave, South to Castle Rock, West to Evergreen/ Aspen Park, and East to Aurora. Please call to see if the location of your project is with in our service area.
What are the work crews like?
Our crews generally have 2-4 people working on the crew. Each crew consists of one crew lead and a couple of experienced painters. At any given time we will have between 6 and 8 crews running. The majority of our painters are year round, full-time employees, and this is their professional trade.
Where are you located at?
Our office is at 1501 West Campus Drive, Unit C, Littleton 80120. Our nearest major intersection is at Broadway and Mineral. We are located in the South Park Business district. We sit directly behind the social security administration building and we are down the street from Littleton Academy and Belco Credit Union.
